The service at Total Car Care Inc. was very good. The front desk clerk, Ken, was also very knowledgeable. He's always on target and very thorough. He is always the first person I talk to and the last. It's very reassuring that there's a person working on cars as a liaision to the mechanics. The mechanics do research on your car and your needs. As far as prices are concerned, I don't have much experience to compare them to, but it's close to home and convenient.
