I called Mr. Handyman on a Saturday regarding some minor siding repair that I needed for my house. I was told I would receive a call back the following Monday, which I did not. I called them on Tuesday, and they requested that I send them photos which I did and they would have someone prepare an estimate. I received an email and a phone call from them stating that the repair would be a 2 hour job, and with labor and a service fee the total would be $234 (they never actually came out and looked at my house). I called another local handyman, and sent them pictures as well. They came out, and were able fix the problem, which took 10 minutes to complete and only cost $40. I am glad that I didn't take their word for it, and agree to have them do the repairs.
