I have used Mr. Handyman 3 times so far this year and I was really happy with how things were going until the third visit. During their first visit, the repairman fixed some wood rot on an external window. It seemed to look good and their second job for me went well. During each visit I had a different repairman, they were all nice and professional. I called them a third time when the wood rot returned on the window they had repaired. The repairman who came out said that the first repair was not up to standard and that the first guy didn't do a good job. During the pricing break down, he charged me $50 for materials that cost $15 from Home Depot. I was just very frustrated. Luckily when I called the office to tell them what happened, they refunded me $100. I just wish things had gone better.
