Right now, Desmond is taking my case to gain citizenship and I was happy in the beginning, but right now I'm not. The people in his office have made many mistakes on my paperwork and it's taking a lot longer to get answers and have things processed. Every time I call the offices, their receptionists tell me Desmond is busy and won't transfer me to his voicemail so I can ask him questions.
Honestly, I do have faith in Desmond for helping me gain my citizenship and I would give him five stars, but the people in his office have made too many mistakes. I am hoping my case will be over soon and I will be a citizen, i just have to wait. Desmond is a great lawyer and I've been happy with him because he's a qualified lawyer and is very nice. I would recommend him, but just make sure you are clear with him about any questions you have.
