Unfortunately i had 3 bad experiences and based on referrals expected the opposite. 1st time i called for service it required 5 follow-up phone calls to see if someone was going to come. The last call the reception desk asked if i had been called back, apology was given but not good follow- thru. Justin took care of back up and new wax ring but no idea how to solve in future. 2nd call i was told it was still under warranty even though it was 2 days over 30. day warranty. i asked them to call before showing up at my house. The 2 service men showed up, i said i was expecting a call because i'm a quadapalegic and i'm might not get to door quick enough. One guy stated well, we are here now. they did not introduce themselves, They got out auger cleared blockage in 1 minute. I requested he run a snake deeper and he told me not necessary. i went out front with them and told them i might need to have a new sewer line next year. He said he could take a look and give me an estimate,I said ok. I decided to call other companies to see if other toilets had a bigger P-trap. After finding better toilet i called Armstrong and said i want to install toilet recommended by a plumbing company that only dealt directly with company's. Sorry can't remember name but i think it began with a P. The clerk their said he would work with a guy from Armstrong to get sale set up and have toilet delivered to them or me bypassing delivery charge, After many follow up calls to service scheduler i got a commitment that Ken Bulley-i think is his last name. He came out and installed toilet. Gave me a bill, I questioned due to delivery charge. and he called his office and they agreed to remove it based on earlier quote.. i told him i wanted to replace faucets in both kitchen and my bathroom to make handicap accessible. He promised he would get back to me on alternatives and might involve owner. i had to call him back to caulk toilet which was not done. He said they do not caulk any longer but he came and did it, very uneven job. 1-10 i'd give it a 3. I said when guy from Armstrong came in August to put new wax ring, he caulked. Again he promised he would call me following week about faucet replacement and requested paperwork on my new toilet he forgot to leave for me. I never had anyone follow up to replace my faucets OR NEVER REC'D PAPERWORK.. i then rec'f an invoice for work under warranty and receptionist remembered me agreed i should not have gotten bill but she would x check and that was promised under 30 day guarantee. She called back and said yes there should have been no charge. Not only that the charge was 45 minutes to unclog toilet when it took 5 minutes at the max. the rest of the time was for estimate for new sewer line.

Sorry i guess above summary should have gone down here but to difficult to retype with almost no use of hands, I wanted to let you know of horrible service from Angies List. When i did call to let office manager know, not sure who i spoke with then but no big concern on their part.
