left a mess

Called Armstrong for a sewer pipe leak and back-up in basement. Worker started to replace the pipe before using snake on downstream section, so sewage sprayed out into basement. After clearing pipe with snake and replacing leaking section, I found 2 buckets of sewage and a mess left in the basement after he had gone home..
