Staff was personable and courteous. However, on the first visit the crew was not prepared to open up the slab to find the leak as I was told by office staff that they would do. That was Friday and they didn't return until Tues. Crew came Wed. and called in a second crew. Waste of time; second crew indicated first crew could handle the job. Came Thurs. for about half a day and did not come Friday, so repair is dragging on. Crew worked Mon. & Tues. I was told they would finish Tues., but the crew said they were coming back Wed. I let them know I was not happy about this and they finally finished about 5:30 on Tues. They did curtain-off the work area and used an air scrubber to minimize dust; however, part of the tile that had to be removed was laid over old vinyl or linoleum (before I bought the house) and the old flooring was not checked for asbestos. I think the repair could have been done in a more timely manner and there should at least have been discussion about the old flooring before it was dug up.
