Our 50 gallon water heater began to leak! Not great timing since it is the holiday season, and it has been cold, and we really need our hot water! We called the office to get an estimate. The Office was busy, so took a few calls and a couple of emails with pictures and questions asked and answered to get the project going. Time span was about a week from first phone call.
Once Michelle the scheduler/coordinator took over we were on the schedule and the project proceeded smoothly. Kenny (Kenneth B) was our plumber and Matt was the assistant. Our time slot was from 8-11am to show up. We got a call approximately 30 minutes before arrival time from the plumber and Michelle from the office called too. The Techs were pleasant to work with. Kenny took the time to look over the job site and discuss with us about the project before he started the work. They did a nice clean, organized and thoughtful job. We required a permit to be pulled for this project. The work passed the City Building Inspection and the Permit was signed off. The Inspector was impressed with the work, said they had done a very nice job.
