I am an investor, and I have property near Armstrong Plumbing. I can call Matt on Monday morning and tell him anything that is wrong, the washing machine broke, or there is a leak, and within 24 hours he will have someone there. All I have to do is make the first call and he does everything else. He will call the tenant and arrange everything.

When they repair something it works out fine. The tenants always have compliments about Armstrong Plumbing. They are completely trustworthy. There have been times when I have left keys under the doormats for them and told them to lock it when they are done. A few days later when I am able to go to the house everything is locked up and fine.
