I must have asked them some very foolish questions, but they were very patient with me and kept me abreast of what was happening every step of the way, instead of letting me stand around guessing. I'm a widow, and I'd never had to file any kind of property claim before, so they were very helpful.

The people they subcontracted for the paint were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I got compliments from my neighbors about the roofers, who didn't play loud music or yell, and went about their business quietly and efficiently. They left the place cleaner than they found it, too. Their pricing was definitely fair. Anytime I talked to anyone there, they were just great. I have nothing negative to say about Jim Black Construction. If you're dealing with Jim Black, you can deal with confidence, as they're honest people who are out not necessarily to make the most money, but to do what you need done. I wouldn't consider anyone else.
