The people from Jim Black Construction were very efficient. They kept us up to date on their progress even through bad weather conditions. They let us know that they weren't just dangling around, they had Mother Nature to contend with. The roof caved in due to the wind and when they realized that the insulation was wet and had mold, they pulled it all out, sprayed it, and did whatever they needed to do to keep the old from spreading. Then they put in new insulation and new sheeting. I felt they really did a great job on that. It was a big job, and they were very professional throughout. Even down to the gentlemen who cleaned up the debris afterward, who made sure all the nails were picked up and everything was left clean. We recommend Jim Black Construction.
