I used Jim Black Construction to do damage repair in my bathroom after it was ravaged by a flood. I learned about the company through my insurance, and although the repair work was good overall, I would like to point out that the quality of the work was inconsistent. Some of them made a real mess, such as leaving debris in our mechanical room. They even threw dirty water, that had been used for plaster, on the rocks and mulch outside my home. It was not cleaned even though they said they did, which is something I will now have to deal with in the spring. I was not thrilled with the whole experience, and there is a low likelihood I would consider them again.
