Jim Black Construction provide excellent service. They did great work on a difficult job. One of the biggest issues in construction work is the people you hire. They hired extremely good people who were hardworking, honest and knew what they were doing. They carried out reconstruction work on a house that had been burned substantially and it was very difficult. But they had a good crew.
