I was hesitant as my family has experienced the pain in dealing with subpar General Contractors before. I must say the entire experience with Jim Black Construction was excellent. They moved fast, communicated well and were flexible with change orders. Jimmy, Sky and the whole team did an excellent job. My only grip is they only do insurance work so I couldn't call on them again to help with other remodel projects!
