First off, I called because my kitchen sink would not drain no matter what we tried. I called and they got me scheduled the very next day. Great customer service. Jon Harris came out the next day on time and so very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. He did everything he could think of but to no avail the sink would not drain. He explained to me after all of his efforts what the problem most likely would be and that he would need to come back the next day. He came out the next day on time with everything he would need to fix this. After he completed the work he also made sure everything was back the way he found it or better. I would definitely call on this company again and for sure would ask for Jon Harris to be assigned.
