I just had my main valve replaced by Kris Grimes and Paul W of Quality First Plumbing. Upon arriving Kris greeted me by providing his name and his peers name and immediately put on their shoe covers. Kris explained in detail how they were going to replace the main, the process and asked if I had any questions to let him know. Both techs were professional, courteous and made sure all precautions were taken care of during the entire process. They also waited until the water was turned back on before leaving to ensure that no leaks existed and no further work was required. This experience from these techs were A1 quality service techs, which I would highly recommend to anyone that may have a plumbing issues.. Great job, excellent work!!! Richard
