Justin was very personable, quick in his assessment, and quote for the work. Took about 20 minutes to make the repairs I required., and he answered the questions I had about additional sink line attachment lines. Not exactly sure why my service time was changed from 8am to noon, the night before. something about the service guy for my job had needed to work late on the job the day before. It is required that the service guy have 8 hours off between jobs. Justin knew nothing about this, and had just gotten my job that morning.
