We had a severely clogged drain in our kitchen sink that flooded the area below and kitchen floor. Called the Quality first team first thing in the morning and had a technician at our home within 2 hours.
Justin M. was prompt and professional and completed the job within an hour which was great. He also had a trainee with him Craig C. and did a nice job explaining the process as I could hear them from my office.
This is the second time we used Quality 1st for an issue (former was HVAC) and we will definitely use again should the need arise.
