Plumber Joe Vestal was at my rental house doing work this past Saturday. I was extremely impressed with Joe. His customer service orientation and personality made the visit a very positive experience.

I am long time customer of Quality 1st and have long been satisfied with the company's work. But, I don't often get to meet the plumbers personally as I live across town from the property. Having worked for years with the fine people at Quality 1st such as the owner Howie, manager Wayne, and great customer service reps like Jane, it was nice to see a high quality plumber like Joe in action.
