Hot water heater broke late last night, left a request for apt. on their website and got a call at 7 AM saying they could come between 11-1. Figured I'd be here all day but Kris was here at noon; super friendly and professional. Took a look at the issue, gave us our choices, no pressure. Quick install and he completely cleaned up the area. Would highly recommend this company.
