We called Quality 1st Plumbing & Heating when our furnace went out over Thanksgiving weekend. They came out on Monday and were actually able to get to us a few hours sooner than our appointment time. Sean H was the technician who came out. My wife was the one home and Sean was an absolutely great technician. He took the time to explain the problem to her and gave a couple of different options. After she gave me the info we decided to get a new furnace instead of repair. (12 years old already). Sean gave us a few options and we decided to go with a better, high efficiency one. He never once tried to upsell us at anytime. We actually asked for a higher end furnace than he had quoted us originally. He came back the next day with the furnace and installed it. He and Chris, who helped on the install, were professional, courteous and efficient. I would 100% absolutely recommend Quality 1st for any plumbing and heating issues. Great service from the individual who answered the phone and set the appointment to the tech who did the work.
