I discovered that my water heater quit working, late in the afternoon, on a cold day last week. Unfortunately, the water heater also provides hot water for the furnace in my home. I called one plumbing and heating company and was told they were at least a week out on service calls. I called Quality First Plumbing & Heating, spoke to Jean, and she had a tech at my door in about an hour. Chris M. and Sean from Quality First had my water heater replaced with a new unit in less than four hours - an extremely quick turn time given the unique design of my water heater. Chris and Sean were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. I work in the building trades and understand how these hydro-heating systems work. They answered all of my questions and went out of their way to keep my home clean during the changeover. I had to tell them not to worry about wiping their feet so much as they moved in and out of my home.

The next day, I noticed a small leak coming from the hot water outlet on the new water heater. (Not an unusual occurrence given the extreme expansion of the fittings from heat during an initial start-up) I called Quality First right away, spoke to Jessica, and Chris was back at my condo in less than an hour. He made the necessary adjustments and monitored the unit for over an hour to make sure there were no more issues.

Their pricing was fair. Their employees are courteous. The service was tremendous - especially with the follow-up call the next day. I would recommend Quality First Plumbing & Heating, and I will use them for future projects in my home.
