Amazing company and technicians. Quality 1st gave me a great deal on replacing a furnace and water heater. I have been using them since 2006 and they have done nothing but quality service. pun intended. I was especially pleased with this particular work on the furnace and water heater which was completed by Christopher McQuistion. He was able to explain the issues clearly and was respectful of my carpet and cleaning up the mess after he was done. He completed both tasks within 3 hours with help from only one other technician (Sean) for about an hour. Chris worked through lunch and only stopped at a point where more parts had to be purchased to completed the job. QUALITY FIRST!
