Kris Grimes came to my house to replace the hot water heater. He was very friendly, courteous and respectful. He explained what was needed and did some education on the new water heater. Kris quoted me the price before he started working. It did not take him a lot of time to complete the job. He is overall just a nice guy who did good work.
