it was a rip off

We got charged $638 for 2.5 hours of labor plus $45 trip charge. The job was done correctly but it was way overcharged.

I'm sorry you did not see the value in the great service we provided. I'm happy to learn that we kept our promises and the work was completed in a professional manner! While I know you will be able to obtain professional services for less in the future, I'm also confident you will sacrifice quality for the reduced cost. We are up front on costs for the specific reason to allow our Customers the opportunity to elect to choose another contractor if cost is a factor. Thank you for your business!
