I had a water main line (valve) break in my townhome (which as a first experience) learned I had to contact the HOA in order to get the main water shut off to the entire building (just to fix mine). I also learned I would have had to have had to contact Denver Water and “make an appointment” for someone to come out in 48 hours or more, even though it was a water emergency!! This company was not only able to work with my HOA company and work the proper communication between them and Denver water, I was able to get a scheduled time within 12 hours to have everything done completely. They were there in the window that was given and I felt the work was done well! The only thing I’d say that was a little frustrating and I don’t believe it’s their fault but I had to pay a commercial water shut off fee and that was a bit frustrating but again I don’t believe that’s them, that’s just standard and it’s based on how my building and my HOA functions. Overall though, I would highly recommend!
