Our tenants had called as the basement (where the laundry room is) had flooded. I had used Quality First Plumbing in the past-always with success. They were able to make it there on the same day. The technician Greg called me several times, first to explain what he could do, giving me options and price estimates. He then called me as he got more information with the video scope of the problem. Once again he gave me pricing estimates and a choice of what options I could go. I appreciated this as the cost options varied from reasonable to expensive-based on what route I chose. Both could fix the problem, but one would be a band aid versus a longer term fix. The technician was efficient, professional and also gave me photos/video coverage so I could see for myself the problem. The work was completed in a timely manner. l will use this company again for any future work and highly recommend them. Staff from the technician to those that answered the phone were friendly, helpful and professional .
