Plumber Zach S. was welcome in my home especially on such short notice. He was caring, instructing, and did a great job getting the system functional again.
JUST a hope in the face of the desolation of it all that there would be a little clean up. NOTHING MAJOR, just suck up the water with a water vac. Felt like a kick in the gut for folks to show up and offer to clean it up for $2000. (I swept the water down the drain and turned on the fan in less than 10 minutes). GRATEFUL that Zach came so promptly, and was such a positive presence through the process. He even checked my water pressure and disconnected my hose for no extra charge. Thankful to Zach S. for that.
