We were pleased with Taylor, the polite young man that came out to work on our plumbing. Basically, we needed the faucet hardware on our kitchen sink replaced, the old one was leaking badly. It seemed as though everything was fine at first. But when we used the sink for the first time we found the hot water was coming out of the cold water side, and vice versa. The water that comes out is yellowish-brownish. I don't know if this is because its coming out the wrong pipes or what. But as the work was warrantied for 2 years, we would like this situation fixed.
