This company is phenomenal! From their customer support to service expertise.

Our A/C unit died, and we knew due to the age, we had to replace both A/C and furnace. Called several plumbing and hearing companies, after I had read several reviews (BBB, Yelp, and Google). I had a competitor complete a consultation (cost me $22). Thereafter, I contacted Quality First, which should've been my the first and only step. Our experience was night and day.

They handle service calls with professionalism. What impressed me most, they know where their team members are, at all times. Secondly, they're consultation was complimentary! Scheduling an appt was easy.

Ricky was our HVAC manager. He's awesome!!! He takes the time to educate, doesn't up-sell, and truly assesses your situation with absolute care. He supplies us options, provided his professional suggestions, and answered our questions.

Josh and Nate were our HVAC techs. These fellas are fantastic!! I wish I knew the electrical tech, because he also went above and beyond. Knowledgeable. Professional. Personable. Caring.

Competitor compared to Quality First (consultation):
- competitor was unapproachable (mono tone & bleak)
- literally read from his digital que cards (most agonizing)
- advised that I need the most expensive unit ($6,000+ compared to Quality First)
- did the most lame and incomprehensible evaluation. Example: Ricky noticed the opportunity to change the location of our filter, considered the square footage of our home, evaluated the duct work, and considered complications with city and state codes.
