I needed the cartridge changed in my shower. My tech arrived and was professional. However he told me he couldn’t get the handle off and would have to cut it off which was going to add 230$ to the cost. Then after he cut it off he found the screw hole under the handle to take the handle off. Frustrating I had to pay because he didn’t know how to take a shower handle off.
