Totally overpriced snd lack intellectual experience and knowledge . Wanted to charge twice the price of our new kohler toilet to do a partial repair . Don’t ever use them their pricing is ridiculous . They have a wonderful secretary that gets them out quickly and then they charge exceptionally more than any plumber
