Many thanks to Ross, who came out today to resolve a problem with the main drain in my basement, which had backed up, resulting in water everywhere. Ross was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and ran several tests to be sure which line was the culprit. Then he thoroughly cleared the main line. Great service at a fair price.
