I called Quality First for a problem with a slow draining bathroom sink. Victor Lukins arrived promptly, put on his shoe covers & started to work. Clearing that drain proved particularly challenging, but Victor persisted & was determined to clear it - which thankfully he did! It could have caused me serious problems down the road, so I'm relieved. Company dispatchers do an excellent job, as do technicians like Victor. I'm a repeat customer & Quality has never disappointed!
