Erin and Chris R. came out 7/2 and 7/3 to do a very large job for us. From the estimate with Ricky, to the install everything went extremely well. Quality First, replaced our A/C, Furnace, and installed an additional return for us. Erin and Chris were extremely professional and polite. They took care in our home, from the clean up, to answering our questions, to dealing with the extreme heat in our attic over the last 2 days. We would recommend Erin and Chris R for any install in the future. We feel Quality First gave us a fair and competitive estimate and they were extremely communicative throughout the process knowing what a large undertaking this was for us.
