Needed a new furnace & dreaded the install - thought it would be noisy, messy, disruptive & take forever! Boy, was I wrong! Ricky quickly & efficiently coordinated all the details so I didn't have to do anything except let the installers in & pay them when they finished. Erin & Chris worked carefully & quietly - I hardly knew they were there! They hauled way all the old equipment & even vacuumed the hallway when they were done! Adjustment had to be made the next day to get the fan to shut off, but it was fixed promptly the next day & furnace is working well. Thank you, Quality First!
