Wow! This company made good on a misunderstanding when they were originally hired. After paying for the wrong requested action to remedy a back-up problem they not only refunded my money but sent out a couple of men to inspect our problem. They scoped 3 areas which involved removing and replacing a toilet and then remedied the issue. NO CHARGE! Very professional and polite. I will use them again, if need be!
