We called Quality First after my wife and I were unable to complete a do-it-yourself replacement of our kitchen faucet because the under-sink bolts were so corroded we couldn't get them off. Mark Canty came to our house (on a Sunday!) and finished the work for us. Not only was Mark a total pro, he was personable, pleasant, and entertaining. I told Mark as he was wrapping up, “This may sound weird, but we really enjoyed having you here today!” I don’t think I’ve ever said that before to a plumber! We will ask for him by name next time we need a plumber.
