Chris Rosales and his colleague were on time, pleasant, courteous and helpful during their recent service visit to the Wash Park West rental house we just occupied. Top-notch all around. I appreciated the call ahead message regarding scheduling, the prompt phone service upon my call back and their professionalism when they got here (a few minutes early!). Well-done.
