The process was very shocking to say the least! We were quoted around 1400 dollars by DRF and when we heard the price from Phil we almost had to back out of the installation of the water heater. Would have been over 2500 if Phil was not able to work with us some!

Phil was very nice and did his job very well. Glad he was able to work with us to lower the price somewhat so we would be able to continue the process. He was very knowledgeable and was glad to explain to us what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Phil did a great job of cleaning up all of the mess from downstairs before he left. Very good people skills!

I just wish we had known ahead of time about all of the code changes and other things so the initial meeting with Phil would not have been so awkward!

Hopefully this water heater will last for a good time, but if not we would not mind at all if Phil was the technician that came back out.
