Mark Canty was great! He actually came in on his day off because another plumber sprained his ankle. I was lucky I got him. He explained his every step and made other suggestions for future operations and safety of our hot water heater. He did quality work and I will request him next time! I was scheduled for 4-6PM, but the office called to see if they could come earlier and I'm glad they did. The Hot Water supply line was leaking substantially and may not have lasted. We are budgeting for a new hot water heater since this one is 15 years old and I'll call Quality First Plumbing for sure!
