Had Chris Rosales & a trainee (Adrean) out today to work on my AC units. Chris was great, very professional and informative. Walked me thru the process, possible solutions and long term plan. Came up with a solid solution and got my units running well. During the entire time he was working / mentoring Adrean so not only was he taking care of me, but also working to build another solid tech in the market.
