We recently had a new hot water heater installed. We called Quality First to troubleshoot as the unit had expressed about 2" of water into the pan below and we lost hot water to our house. Kris Grimes was deployed to troubleshoot and I was really thankful to have someone of his expertise walk me through everything he was checking. Unlike other techs I've hired in the past, Kris welcomed all of my questions and gave solid, thoughtful answers. As someone who runs a division for a distribution company, Kris is someone I would hire in two seconds if I had the right role for him on my team. He is knowledgeable, customer-focused, well-spoken, thorough, polite, friendly, and it is obvious he is someone who would lose sleep at night if he didn't feel like he hit a home run on each service call.
