I have been a Quality First Customer for many years. One of the many reasons I continue to be is the people that work for the company starting with the ones that answer the phone to the service personnel. On a recent service, it was necessary to replace my entire Hvac system. The installers were Erin Landry and John. Both were extremely skilled professionals. They took great care in removal of the old systems and subsequent installation of the new. Though it took the better part of the entire day to do their work, they never seemed tired. The final work is a thing of beauty! Erin and John did a job they can be proud of.
