My mother called quality first regarding our furnace. It wasn't putting out heat. Quality sent their technician Chris, the day of the call. Chris ran a diagnostic and found the issue was the inducer motor. This had to be replaced as it wasn't able to draw enough air and was very old. Chris had the part in his company van and he replaced it in 15 minutes. When I tried to use a coupon then Chris waived the trip charge and let me keep the coupon for next time. That was cool. Chris did an outstanding job and I have never had an issue with quality first plumbing heating and air.
