Jonny was very personable, on time (even early and let us know he would be) . Was very aware of the cats safety and being aware she might run out any open doors. He found the problem very quickly and took care of it. Before charging or adding any fees he was clear about how much it would be and why and also helped with certain qualifications for discounts. Very helpful.
