We had a small leak in our humidifier. I submitted the request for help and within 30 minutes had a phone call. They said Chris would be out between 1-3 that day. The office stayed in contact with me the entire time letting me know when Chris would arrive. When Chris arrived he solved the problem quickly and efficiently. A+ work!
