My kitchen sink drain was leaking so I called them after a referral from my realtor. The plumber Paul replaced the drain pipes under the sink and strainer. He discovered the sprayer also had a leak that required a specific Delta replacement part that he said he would research and get back to me. He called me the next day with the specific model number and where I could buy it (Home Depot). I picked it up and everything's working good as new. Someone from the office also followed up to make sure I was satisfied.
