I originally called QFP to come scope a sewer line on a home I was under contract to purchase. I spoke to Jane on the phone and she was courteous. They were flexible on scheduling the appointment since I had a short window of time for the home inspection. One of their phone reps called me about 30 mins before they were scheduled to arrive, which was nice. Brad came out originally and discovered a blockage in the sewer line. He explained that it could be caused by a root intrusion and suggested that I have the line cleaned and re-scoped. Since I was worried about a more serious problem with the sewer line (e.g. breakage, collapse) I wanted to find out for sure if there was an issue before I followed through with the purchase. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and this time Brad came out with an additional plumber, Nik. Nik cleaned the line in a timely manner with no issues and Brad followed it up with the scope and discovered no other issues. I was relieved. While they were working, Brad and Nik gave me suggestions about the plumbing work in the house so I could avoid problems in the future. They didn't mind me looking over their shoulder and asking them general questions about plumbing or about what they were doing. Also, I didn't get the feeling they were trying to sell me on any unnecessary services. Overall, I'd say they were knowledgeable and pretty entertaining to be around. The cost of having these guys come out was well worth the peace of mind in knowing I didn't have a large repair bill to worry about in the future. QFP will be my go to plumbing service for the foreseeable future, Thanks for the great work!
