We had our hot water heater go out late one evening and Quality First Plumbing was able to get out the next morning by 9:00. The technician, Steve Jr, was so considerate, kept covers on his shoes each time he came back into the house, explained everything about the plumbing, heater, process and billing in good detail. We couldn't have been more pleased. I do refer them and would use them again.
